The murder charge against a Bartlesville man has been rescheduled for the July 7th formal arraignment docket.  Steven Lee Adair is accused of killing his wife, Crystal Sue Adair and his step-son Charles Edward Lee in September of 2014.  Bartlesville police found Lee dead and found Adair with 41 stab wounds from which she died.  Adair is facing charges of attempted first degree arson, kidnapping, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.  Adair was suppose to be on the June 3rd formal arraignment docket, but his attorney was ill and requested the case to be passed to next month.  Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
