During this week's meeting of the Osage County Commissioners, the Commissioners heard from District 2 resident and owner of 146 acres Kurt Langenhahn.

Langenhahn had previously voiced concern regarding traffic and trash along 43rd Street in North Tulsa which was as he stated a direct result of traffic to the Osage Casino and the County brush cutting procedures.

During this meeting Langenhahn spoke regarding dissatisfaction regarding a county contractor, who was hired to conduct a road repair operation in 2012, which caused excessive damages to his property. Langenhahn and the contractor are now in a legal battle and Langenhahn is asking for county support regarding contract violations.

Commissioner Scott Hilton spoke for the board stating he has provided any original documentation regarding the contract but was not confident that the county could provide any additional information.

The remainder of the meeting was business as usual.

The Osage County Board of County Commissioners meet each week on Monday at 10 am at the Osage County Courthouse in Pawhuska.
