Bartlesville's baseball team has won two games in a row to end the regular season. BHS will enter regional play on a win-streak, as the streaky Bruins continue to get losses, and wins, in bunches.

BHS took care of Sapulpa 12-11 in the final regular season game of the year on Friday night in Sapulpa. Speaking of streaks, this one was a back and forth affair. Sapulpa scored the first four runs to lead 4-0. Bartlesville scored the next 12 runs to lead 12-2. Sapulpa scored the next seven runs to get with 12-11, where the score would stay.

Nine of BHS' 12 runs game in a flurry in the fourth inning. Bartlesville sent 13 boys to the plate. Nine straight Bruins reached after AJ Archambo started the inning with an out. Archambo came up with a chance to make the first and second outs of the inning himself, but he thumped an RBI double to left field instead.

The win gets BHS back to .500 at 15-15. Regional pairings will be released on Monday, May 4.

Saturday night the Bartlesville baseball team will host an inner squad scrimmage that is open to the public. The scrimmage is set up to honor the Bruin seniors. Children can run the bases at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium. Players will begin with autographs at 5:45.
