Despite an under .500 record, Bartlesville High baseball has some momentum heading into spring break.

Bartlesville snapped a two-game losing streak with a solid 10-2 win over Ponca City on Thursday night at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.

BHS scored early and often to keep the Wildcats down. Bartlesville led 2-1 after two and a half innings, but the Bruins would score four runs in the third and four more in the fourth to pull away.

Jakob Hall pitched four and a third innings for BHS. Drew Garrett had three RBIs in the win. Bartlesville improves to 2-4 on the season, as BHS will travel to Florida for its spring break trip this weekend.
