High school football practice officially began on Monday across Oklahoma.

Bartlesville had its opening practice session on the field of Custer Stadium on Tuesday morning. The Bruins are already hard at work, although without pads for the first few days, as mandated by the OSSAA.

Head coach John McKee talks about what the first few days of practice entail.

BHS will begin practicing with pads on Friday, with a midnight practice lasting into Saturday morning.

McKee talks about beginning practice again.

Bartlesville opens up the year on August 26 at home against McAlester. You can see the full Bruin's schedule on our Schedule's Page along with other area schools.
