It was a senior night to remember on Wednesday at Bill Doegnes Memorial Stadium.

The ballpark was decorated in numbers and names of the Bruin's seven seniors playing their final game at home. Logan McNeill, Brady Sewell, Zac Boyes, Trevor Doyle, Pierson Lavery, Joe Jones and Tate Holman all finished their careers with a win at Doenges.

The Bruins walloped Enid, 11-1. Bartlesville scored nine runs in the fifth inning to win in a run-rule walk-off. An AJ Archambo hit off the top of the left field wall scored Zach Snow for the winning run.

The blast missed being a grand slam by just a few feet.

BHS sent 14 to the plate in the fifth. The offensive outbreak came after only scoring three runs against Plainsmen pitching in the previous 11 innings of the series. Archambo and McNeill provided the biggest punch. They combined for seven of the 10 hits in the game. Boyes had two hits, as well.

Bartlesville improves to 11-19. Two regular season games remain for BHS in district play. BHS is scheduled to play at Bixby on Thursday at 6:30. The Bruins are also scheduled to travel to Sand Springs on Friday at 5:30

We will have the Bruin’s – Spartan’s game for you on Thursday, with pregame at 6:20 on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3. Also online at BartlesvilleRadio.com and on the free Bartlesville Radio App on iTunes and Google Play
