The Dewey Bulldoggers boys’ basketball team will look to keep a winning streak intact on Friday. The Doggers will head north of the state line for a Highway 75 battle against Caney Valley, Kansas.

Dewey has won three straight ball games to put its record at 4-2 in the early goings of the 2017-2018 season. After an overtime loss to 2A No. 7 Ketchum the Doggers went on to knock off Vinita and Locust Grove to win the consolation bracket in last week’s Adair tournament.

Dewey will try to keep the momentum rolling against the Bullpups. Head coach Lance Knight previews the opponent.

Last season Dewey took care of the Bullpups with two double digit victories. You can hear Friday’s broadcast from Caney, Kansas on KRIG 104.9 FM. Tipoff at 8 o’clock.
