Both the Dewey Bulldoggers and Lady Doggers had easy wins Thursday afternoon at Verdigris against Dove Science.  Lady Doggers won 90-4 while the Doggers won 75-45.

In the girls game, it was all Dewey.  Dove Science scored their first points in the third quarter. Karissa Jones led Dewey with 17 points while Rachel Price added 15 points.  Cassie Mark finished with 14 points, followed by Addison Moll with 11, and Brynn Rippy added 10 points.  Lady Doggers are now 10-14 overall and will take on Nowata Friday afternoon at 1:30 at Verdigris.  Winner plays Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and the loser goes home.

Meanwhile, the Doggers dominated the contest from start to finish as they advance in the regional tournament.  Dewey led 43-20 at halftime and outscored Dove Science 32-25 in the second half to pick up their 12th victory of the season.  Drew Miller and Caston Fry led the Doggers with 19 points a piece and Kameron Hayes added 13.  Dewey improves to 12-12 overall and will take on Metro Christian Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Verdigris.  Winner plays Saturday afternoon at 3.  Loser ends the season.
