Dewey's Season Comes to an End

The Dewey Bulldoggers could not avenge previous losses to Adair, Dewey bows out of the playoffs with a 58-6 loss. The Doggers offense struggled all night with just 135 total yards, while Adair seemingly moved the ball at will.

Dewey showed some bright spots early. On the opening drive of the game the Warriors drove to the redzone before someone in the Dewey pile forced a fumble that was recovered by senior Grant Johnson. Then down 16-0, Colby Henley changed that with a tremendous kick return to the house.

Henley’s 14th total touchdown on the season would be the only one for the Doggers on the night. Hunter Rumsey would add a second quarter interception as well. The Adair offense was too potent for Dewey to stop as the Warriors compiled 552 total yards.

Dewey ends its season at 7-4.
