Indian's Still Sizzling to Begin Summer
Bartlesville is just as hot as the weather to begin 2018.
The Doenges Ford Indians finished up their annual trip to Branson, Missouri with another win on Saturday afternoon.
The Indians walloped on Fisk, Missouri, 8-0. Cole Ellis, John Cone, Noah Yearout and Grant Yardley all had multiple hits and runs scored.
The Indians (7-2) finished their trip to the College of the Ozarks Showcase at 4-1. That continues a much-improved summer of 2018 this far for Bartlesville.
Bartlesville returns home on Wednesday against Ft. Smith, Arkansas for KWON Night at the ballpark.
There will be free admission, concession specials and free cash given out for every Indian’s base hit and strike outs by an Indian pitcher. Also, a lucky fan could win $1,400, as well.
6:00 PM first pitch – the games will also be broadcast on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3.
