Three-Rivers has the Doenges Ford Indian's number, for now.

Three-Rivers came into Bartlesville and swept the Indian’s on Monday night at Bill Donges Memorial Stadium. The Bandits took game one 5-3. They won game two 11-9 a weather-shortened contest.

In game one, the Indian’s brought the winning run to the plate in the bottom of the seventh but couldn’t extend the contest. Bartlesville committed six errors that led to two unearned Bandit runs. Grand Yardley was solid on the mound - he went the full seven frames.

In game two it was a see-saw battle of offense. The Indian’s trailed 11-4 before they put up a five-spot in the bottom of the fourth inning. A big two-RBI triple from Zach Snow pulled the Indian’s back into the contest.

The game was called after lightening moved into the area just shy of 11:00 PM - so the Indian’s were unable to complete the comeback.

Bartlesville falls to 15-11-1 on the year. The Indian’s are 0-5 against Three-Rivers.

Bartlesville is next in action on Saturday for the start of the 58th annual Glen Winget Memorial baseball tournament.

The Indian’s begin the tourney at 6:45 on Saturday night.
