Indians Take Care Of Lawrence

The Bartlesville Doenges Ford Indians got off to a good start Thursday evening in the Glen Winget Tournament with an 11-5 win over the Lawrence Catus.

The Indians scored eight of their 11 runs in the bottom of the second inning to secure the win.  Errors cost Lawrence the game as they committed nine errors, seven of those errors came in the bottom of the second.  Chase Hayes improved his record to 3-0 on the year as he pitched three innings and allowed four runs on four hits, walked one, and struck out three.  At the plate, Joe Jones went 2 for 4 with a double and a RBI.  Logan McNeil went 2 for 4 and Zac Boyes went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's.  Brady Kokojan went 2 for 3 while Trevor Doyle got a single.

The Indians are now 16-10 overall this season.  Bartlesville will take on Glendale Friday night at 6 o'clock.
