There has been a change at the top for Oklahoma Wesleyan’s women’s soccer team. Longtime head coach Vladen Glavonic handed over the reins to assistant coach Ivan Ristic. Glavonic cited family reasons for his departure in the middle of the Lady Eagles season.

Ristic has served as an assistant over the last three seasons. Prior to that he played on the men’s team and helped them to four NAIA national tournament appearances. The Lady Eagles are 1-1 thus far. OKWU is next in action against Hastings, Nebraska on Saturday.
