Metro Christian Ends Dewey's Season

The Dewey Bulldoggers basketball season came to a close Friday afternoon at Verdigris as Metro Christian snapped a six-game losing streak with a 67-66 victory over Dewey.

Dewey had a shot to win the game with 3.9 seconds left.  Drew Miller missed a left corner shot and that ended the season.  As a team, the Doggers played their hearts out.  Dewey led 34-29 at halftime, but were outscored 36-32 in the second half.  Miller led Dewey with 24 points, 15 of those points came in the second half, and Caston Frye added 17 points.  Blayz Rippy finished with 12 points and Kameron Hayes added 10 points.  

Dewey ends the season with a 12-13 record.
