The Nowata Ironmen hit the floor for their second to last game of the regular season, for round two against Caney Valley. We’ll start with the girls first, the Lady Ironmen had won 4-in a row heading into the matchup with the Lady Trojans. This was close throughout, and a late run by Nowata made in interesting, but the Lady Trojans come out on top, 38-29.

On the guys side, a different story. Nowata would roll to their fifth straight win, beating the Trojans 80-48. Ironmen lead by 10 points after one frame, and 16 at the half, sitting at 39-23. The second half would be more of the same. Leading the way for Nowata was Spencer Bullen who went absolutely nuclear from three-point range.

Bullen hit eight trey’s for a total of 24-points, including this one in the third.
