The Oklahoma Union volleyball team hopes that the ball keeps rolling on its spectacular season.

The Lady Cougars will play in the 3A State Tournament starting on Friday in Choctaw. Oklahoma Union has won 11 matches in a row entering the single elimination event. The Lady Cougars will begin the tournament against Okay at 4:30. OUHS lost to Okay in five games (25-20, 25-22, 18-25, 19-25, 14-16)  on Aug. 27.

Head coach Crissy Ott says this is a great time to be playing well.

Kati Starks is the team's leader, leading Oklahoma Union in many categories. The other two seniors, Bailey Kerns and Kenzee Yeubanks have also been exceptional for Ott's team this fall. Ott talks about the individuals.

Oklahoma Union led Okay 2-0 before the Mustangs won three straight games to take the win in five. Ott says she thinks the team that handles the pressure of the moment will come out on top.
