Oklahoma Union football is set for its fourth consecutive playoff appearance. The Cougars will square off with Morrison in the opening round for the third time in the last four years. OKU went 5-5 in the regular season and lost three of its last four games before beating Fairland last week to make the playoffs.

The Cougars have been bounced in the first round of the playoffs each year. Head coach Stephen Trammell has coached this roster since they were freshman. He hopes his seniors can add to their legacy.

Senior running back Trinton Kuehn has had an incredible season with 1,400 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns. The Cougars will need to lean on Keuhn in order to advance in the playoffs. He says he isn’t worried about losses to Morrison in the past.

OKU failed to score in its last visit to Morrison in the first round of the 2018 playoffs. Radio coverage can be heard on KRIG 104.9 FM starting at 6:30 p.m.
