OKWU Baseball On 10-Game Win Streak

Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball pounded Crowley’s Ridge, Arkansas in three-straight games over the weekend in Bartlesville.

The No. 6 Eagles swept 15-0, 12-0, and 5-1. That is 10 wins in a row for the Eagles, who now stand at 41-4 on the season. There are only two weeks left of regular season competition - which means if Wesleyan can hold on, it again has a good chance to host an NAIA Tournament Regional.

OKWU hosted a regional for the first time in 2017 - it won the regional and went to the NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho. The first-round is scheduled for May 14-17 on campus sites across the country.

The Eagles next have a game at NCAA D-II Northwestern Oklahoma State on Tuesday. Wesleyan is back into Kansas Colligate Athletic Conference play on Friday with the start of a three-game series at Southwestern.
