OKWU Basketball Teams On The Road
Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles and Lady Eagles basketball teams will be playing their final two games of the regular season on the road. On Friday, OKWU will be at Central Baptist College while on Saturday, the Eagles and Lady Eagles will be at College of the Ozarks.
The Lady Eagles, who are ranked 14th in the latest NAIA Division II poll are tied with College of the Ozarks, who is ranked 19th, for first place in the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference with a 10-2 record. Number 15 College of St. Mary and Haskell are a game back with a 9-3 record. The Lady Eagles could clinch the conference with winning the last two games. Meanwhile, the Eagles will try to end the regular season with a couple of victories. The Eagles are 7-20 overall and 1-11 in MCAC play.
The ladies will play Friday at 5:30 while the men will play at 7:30. On Saturday at College of the Ozarks, the ladies will play a 3 while the men will play at 5 o'clock.
