The Oklahoma Wesleyan men’s learned it’s postseason fate on Thursday evening.

The Eagles received a No. 2 seed and will host No. 3 seed Park (MO) University from Hartman Arena in Park City, KS on Friday, March 12 in the opening round of the NAIA National Tournament. The Eagles first-round contest tips at 6:00 PM.

OKWU earned one of the two automatic bids from the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Eagles fell to Bethel in the KCAC championship game at Hartman Arena on Monday.

OKWU has qualified for the national tournament in each of the last four seasons since head coach Donnie Bostwick returned to the school prior to the 2017 season. The Eagles have won first round matchups in the national tournament two of the last three years as well.

We will have more on OKWU in the national tournament throughout the next week.
