The latest Average Daily Enrollment numbers are out from the OSSAA for the upcoming school year, as high schools are assigned classifications for sports in 2026-2027.

This does not include football, which will be redone next year.

Bartlesville High is staying in Class 6A. BHS has 1,716 children in their high school, which is good for the 21st biggest in the state. As has been the case the past decade, it puts the Bruins right in the middle of 6A-II for football and toward the bottom half of 6A for the other sports.

Elsewhere locally, Dewey is in 3A at 354 students, the Bulldoggers are ranked at the 138th biggest high school statewide.

A lot of local schools in Class 2A.

Caney Valley checks in Class 2A at No. 231, Pawhuska is in 2A at No. 234 with Nowata just behind at No. 241. Oklahoma Union is just behind the Ironmen ranked at 249.
