BHS Slow Pitch Softball Regional Begins
Bartlesville High slow pitch softball will try to qualify for another State Tournament, as the Lady Bruin’s Regional begins at home on Tuesday.
BHS will host Muskogee and Sand Springs in a double-elimination three-team format. The entire event will run on Tuesday.
The Lady Bruins finished the regular season at 24-12 after wrapping up the year with a win over Owasso late last week.
The start of a slow pitch program has coincided with one of the best era’s ever for Bartlesville softball. Head coach Kyle Minton says the spring version of the sport helps in many areas.
BHS will play its first game at 11:30 Tuesday morning against the Loser of Sand Springs and Muskogee, who get the event going at 10:00.
