Dewey Football Meets Chandler in Regular Season Finale
Dewey football has their biggest game of the season on Friday night, as the Bulldoggers will host Chandler with a chance to make the playoffs.
Currently, Dewey is 4-5 on the season and 3-3 in district play. The Bulldoggers pulled one out last week at home over Tulsa Central, 19-14. Dewey scored the game winning touchdown on a kickoff return by Nate Sloan.
Dewey now shifts their focus to Chandler tonight, who will have a playoff spot no matter the result. The Lions are 4-2 in district play, following a 39-12 win over Sperry last week.
Despite the pending playoff implications and all the outside noise, Sapulpa said his team is locked in on the game.
Dewey kicks things off in Bulldogger Stadium in Dewey on Friday night at 7 p.m. Coverage can be heard on 104.9 - KRIG and KRIGTV.com.
