Lehman Racking Up Honors at Hillcrest
Hillcrest Country Club let its members know about a great honor for one of its own.
Andrew Lehman, the club’s director of instruction, won the South Central Section PGA Player of the Year. According to a release from the club, Lehman bested second place in the race by more than 600 points.
The release went on to say that Lehman tournament year was highlighted by a win in the SCSPGA Assistants Championship, which qualified him for the National Assistants Championship in Florida. He tied for 29th out of 132 assistants in that nationwide event.
Release also highlighted that Lehman was named to the Master Coach list for Operation 36, a distinction determined entirely by quantitative performance data.
The honor recognizes coaches who demonstrate the greatest measurable impact on player development through their coaching programs.
