Nowata Football Shifts Focus to Summer Pride
Nowata football has shifted the focus this offseason from spring practices to summer pride as the season kicks off in just under three months.
The Ironmen did not go to a team camp this spring. First year head coach Scott Martin talks about the decision to focus on themselves.
Nowata wrapped up their spring practices last week and are already underway with summer workouts. Summer pride officially started the day after school got out. Martin talks about the schedule throughout the summer.
Nowata will head to Sequoyah (Claremore) for passing league events throughout the summer to go up against live competition before kickoff this fall.
