OKWU Baseball Advances to KCAC Tournament Finals

Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball is playing for a Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) tournament championship.
The Eagles picked up another blowout win over Tabor College on Friday afternoon, 7-3, to advance to Saturday evening's championship game.
OKWU had to battle with Tabor through the first five innings to stay even with the BlueJays. The Eagles fell behind, 2-0, and drew back even in the fifth at three thanks to an RBI single from Luis Antigua.
The Eagles followed up with four runs in the bottom of the eighth to win it, hitting three homeruns in the frame. Gilbert Morales, Braydon Caldwell and Wally Diaz all homered in the eighth.
The win sends the Eagles to the KCAC championship game Saturday night at 6 p.m. against the winner of Kansas Wesleyan and McPherson College. The two teams play an elimination game on Saturday morning at 11 a.m.
