Oklahoma Wesleyan basketball is back on the floor on Tuesday night following a two-game set in Skiatook at The Tulsa Challenge.

In their first two games in Skiatook, OKWU went 1-1, with a dominant win over Georgia Gwinnett College and a three-point loss to Langston.

The Eagles have many returners from last season to this year, including Tamaje Izuagbe, Nick Bene and Yashi McKenzie, who have been leading the way in scoring through the first two games. Some new faces, such as Cameron Mennsfield and Nathaniel Law, have stepped up to fill spots for OKWU off the bench.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick talked about his experienced players gelling with the newcomers.

The Eagles host MidAmerica Nazarene University on Tuesday night at the Mueller Sports Center. The Pioneers are 3-0 to this point with three wins in very high scoring games. They beat Dordt University in double overtime on Friday at home in Olathe, Kan. 114-111.

Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. on Tuesday night. Coverage can be heard on Sports Talk 99.1 FM - KPGM.
