Stitt Talks OSSAA on Monday

During Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt's final state of the state address on Monday, one of many wide-ranging topics he addressed was the ever-evolving world of high school athletics.

Stitt said with the open transfer policy in place, the OSSAA is making it difficult for student athletes and something must be done.

Stitt's term is up in November.
