Thunder Celebrate Championship

Statewide, it’s still all about the Oklahoma City Thunder, as the franchise held its NBA Championship parade in front of hundreds of thousands in downtown OKC on Tuesday morning.
The celebration started with speeches and a rally at the Paycom Center. The best speech of the bunch came from Thunder reserve Aaron Wiggins.
Wiggins played on some OKC teams at the beginning of the rebuild four years ago, coming as a late pick in the NBA draft, he pointed out how far the team and organization has come since he arrived in Oklahoma.
Meanwhile Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was thoughtful, as always. SGA pointed out how many things had to fall Oklahoma City’s way and his feelings over the past 36 hours since the Thunder won the title.
More big news for the Thunder set to come out this evening, as the NBA Draft will be on Wednesday night. The event kicks off at 7:00 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
OKC picks 15th and 24th in the first-round.
The Draft will be televised on ABC.
