Bartlesville Man Charged With Bail Jumping

A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly failing to appear for a court date after posting a bond.
57-year-old Ronnie Thornbrugh was charged on Monday with bail jumping.
According to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, Thornbrugh posted a $500 bond in Oct. 2024, after being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS). Thornbrugh was ordered to appear on Jan. 22, 2025, and allegedly failed to appear. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
Thornbrugh has an extensive criminal history with multiple felony convictions dating back to 2002. Thornbrugh still faces the drug possession charge.
Thornbrugh will appear in court again on July 25 at 9 a.m. His bond is set at $4,500.
