The Board of Nowata County Commissioners have a regularly scheduled meeting Monday morning at the Nowata County Annex.
The board will discuss improvements to the courthouse and revisit a proclamation and permission letter from Nowata EMS. The item was tabled in last week's meeting. The board will also revisit the county's drug and alcohol testing policy and discuss a pay raise for elected officials.
The commissioners will discuss a right of way easement from Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), leave sharing, a letter from the treasurer to banks regarding changing names on accounts and possibly appoint a deputy.
The board will also revisit a county certification map and county action report, review a claim from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) for district two and hear an update from Emergency Manager Laurie Summers.
Monday's meeting begins at 9 a.m. at the Nowata County Annex Meeting Room, located at 228 N. Maple St. in downtown Nowata.
