Indians Win RE/MAX Night Bigly

Bartlesville’s summer baseball team is getting its busy holiday week off to a good start.
The Doenges Toyota Indians snapped a three-game losing skid with a big win over RBI Native last night for RE/MAX Night.
The Indians blasted RBI Native 12-0 in six innings.
Bartlesville got a gem on the mound from Sterling Kroh plus some timely hits to run away with the contest early. Kroh, an outgoing Bartlesville Bruin, finished with an efficient six scoreless frames. He had five strikeouts and one walk over just 71 pitches.
Meanwhile after leading 1-0 into the third, it was back-to-back big hits from the middle of the lineup that created some separation. The first came from OKWU product Grant Goldman.
Just one batter later it was Coffeyville Community College standout Coen Miller who tacked on two more with this base hit, as the Indians were off and running.
In total, Bartlesville had 12 runs on eight hits, a welcome site for an offense that had struggled a bit over the past week.
The win came in front of a healthy crowd for RE/MAX Night at the Ballpark with RE/MAX Real Estate Agent Kevin Lynch.
The Indians improve to 13-6 with the victory and will play games 20 and 21 of the summer this afternoon.
RBI Native and The DFW Ravages visit Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium for a three-way.
UPDATE: Games will now begin on Saturday at 3:00 and 8:00.
Bartlesville will play at 2:00 and 7:00 tonight in a couple of games on KWON and KWONTV.com this evening. These will be the final games of the weekend for the Tribe.
