Bruin Baseball Sweeps Union

Bartlesville High baseball broke out the brooms on Tuesday night, as the Bruins swept Union in a two-game District series.
Bartlesville had another come-from-behind win over the Redhawks, 6-5.
The Bruins scored a single run in the bottom of the seventh and another run in the bottom of the eighth to grab the win.
Sam Hill hit a game-tying double in the seventh after Sam Marcella reached on an error to begin the inning. The Bruin's won it in the eighth when Cy Rigdon scored on a pass ball.
Union made six errors, while Bartlesville made four. Only five of the 11 runs scored in the game were earned.
Marcella was brilliant out of the bullpen. He earned the win with 3.2 scoreless innings. He allowed only one hit.
BHS will host the Bruin Classic this weekend.
