Bruin Football Week 1 Objectives
Practice No. 4 ongoing as we speak at Bartlesville High School, as BHS football and head coach Matt Hennesy are getting close to wrapping up the first week of action. School starts in about a week.
The Bruins are setting their base for the rest of fall camp, as they have a couple more weeks until scrimmage action begins.
One of the first observations after the first practice from Hennesy was on Bartlesville’s work during summer pride. The Bruins had to go through an agility circuit during the first bit of practice. Hennesy said he was pleased at how well the guys handled the work.
The Bruin Brigade has historically practiced in the mornings, so they will begin their action a bit later in the mornings, meanwhile the football team will move to the practice fields east of the freshman academy around 6:30 each morning.
