Dewey Basketball Receives Two All-Region Honors
Dewey basketball standout Zach Renfroe and assistant coach Spencer Hayes have been named to the all-region team.
After a stellar season as Dewey's starting point guard, Renfroe finished as the Northeast Valley Conference MVP. Dewey won the conference championship with an undefeated conference record.
Hayes, a former player for Knight at Dewey, was named to the all-region team as an assistant coach. Knight talks about coaching with a former player.
The Dewey boy's basketball team finished 24-4 this season with a conference championship and a district title. They finished one win away from the area tournament.
