Dewey Bulldogger basketball has a rare Monday night game in Sperry. It's the second time this season the Bulldoggers have played the Pirates.

The first time around, Dewey took control early in the ballgame and cruised to a 68-40 win at home on Jan. 20. Since then, Dewey went 2-0 in the Caney Valley Tournament and picked up conference wins over Nowata and Chelsea.

One of Dewey's wins in the Caney Valley Tournament was 4A Cleveland in overtime in the semifinals. Head coach Lance Knight talks about the win.

Sperry enters the contest 0-20 overall. They have lost every game by double-digits. Their closest loss this season was to Pawnee on Jan. 22 in the Yale Tournament, 61-51.

With just three games left on the schedule after Monday, Knight talks about his team's defensive ability.

The Lady Bulldoggers will get the night started in Sperry at 6 p.m. The Dewey girls are 14-7 overall and have won eight of their last nine games. The boys game will follow around 7:30 p.m.

Full coverage of the boys game can be heard on 104.9 - KRIG and KRIGTV.com.
