Edmond Santa Fe Has Friday Afternoon at BHS
Quite a bit of high school basketball back in the area on Friday and even some on Saturday, as teams are trying to get in their final games before winter break.
At Bartlesville High, the Bruins will play this afternoon to try to get to Christmas break early. Bartlesville hosts Edmond Santa Fe in a tough double-header.
Both BHS teams are looking for their first District wins following another sweep at the hands of Jenks on Tuesday.
Bartlesville’s boys really struggled for the first time in a while in a 23-point loss.
Head coach Jake Christenson tries to diagnose the Bruins after the game.
The effort was a departure from some solid games earlier this season. The Bruins battled against District favorite Broken Arrow and nearly beat Muskogee on the road a week later.
Christenson talks about the message to his team moving forward.
A noon tip for the girls with a 1:30 or 2:00 tip for the guys this afternoon with both games on Sports Talk 1500 AM and 99.1 FM – KPGM.
