Huskies Cruise in Road Win at Meeker

The scoring was quick and often for the Pawhuska Huskies in a 66-13 road victory at Meeker. All 66 points were scored in the first half and the Huskies scored on all but one possession in that span. The defense only gave up one first down for the half.
The Huskies struck early after getting good field position thanks to a poor snap on a fourth down Meeker punt in the end zone. Quarterback Kane Foreman capitalized by finding Jenson Snodgrass for the first touchdown of the night.
After scoring 30 points in the first half, Pawhuska kept the foot on the pedal, as the Huskies scored this touchdown on the opening play of the second quarter.
Dane Jenson recovered a fumble in the end zone for the Pawhuska defense and Corlin Cass returned an interception for a touchdown.
Next up for Pawhuska is a road trip to Hominy. Friday's game can be heard on 99.1 FM KPGM and streaming on KPGMTV.com. Pregame coverage will begin at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
