OKU Football Approaching OSSAA Dead Period
Summer pride and summer workouts for high school football are still in full swing, especially for the Oklahoma Union Cougars under first year head coach Bruce Munden.
With only a few weeks left until the dead period, Munden said the summer has been good.
OKU is currently in a two-day offensive line camp in Bixby.
The Cougars had a quick spring due to the historic run to the state tournament for OKU's baseball team. Munden said these extra camps, such as Bixby's, have helped to fill gaps in what OKU is trying to create.
Oklahoma Union kicks off on Aug. 29 against Colcord.
