This week, we've been looking back on the season that was for Oklahoma Wesleyan men's basketball.

This year, the Eagles put together another 30-win campaign, another regular season and tournament conference championship, and capped it off with a trip to Kansas City in the NAIA national tournament. The Eagles fell in the round of 16 to the Langston Lions, 56-55.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick talks about the Langston game.

The Eagles had multiple all-conference selections this season. Tamaje Izuagbe won Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Player of the Year, Jaden Wilson won defensive player of the year. Angel Hidalgos, Yashi McKenzie and Nick Bene also took home all-conference honors. Bostwick was named KCAC Coach of the Year.

A season ago, the Eagles advanced to the national championship game with two NAIA All-Americans in Jaden Lietzke and Derrick Talton, Jr. Bostwick talks about getting back to the late rounds of the tournament without them.

OKWU men's basketball finished out their season with an overall record of 30-4.
