Season in Review: OKWU Women's Volleyball

Oklahoma Wesleyan women's volleyball wrapped up their season about two weeks ago.
The Lady Eagles went back to the final site of the NAIA national tournament in Sioux City, Iowa for the third year in a row, following their third straight Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference tournament championship.
OKWU went into the conference tournament as the No. 4 seed due to a three-way tiebreaker with Evangel University and Bethel College. Head coach Tracie Gillette said the seeding fueled her team.
The Lady Eagles escaped past Nelson University in the opening round to go back to Iowa for pool play. OKWU's season would end there with losses to two top-20 teams in Bushnell University and Bellevue University.
OKWU will stay active throughout the offseason with some matches in the spring along with some players playing beach volleyball starting in mid-February.
Gillette talked about the standard the program has set over the last three seasons.
The Lady Eagles closed out the 2025 campaign with an overall record of 26-5.
