You are invited to a reception tonight at 6 in the First Floor Conference room at Bartlesville City Hall.  The event will give you an opportunity to publicly honor outgoing city council members Ted Lockin and Tom Gorman for their years of service on the council and to welcome Alan Gentges and Jim Curd to the council.  The reception will precede tonight's city council meeting when Gentges and Curd will take the oath of office.
