Several quotes were reviewed during the Washington County Commissioners meeting on Monday morning. Those quotes regarded the installment of new duct work and sock duct work with transitions at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Only two entities quoted for the project and the commissioners would approve the quotes from Alpha Services in the amount of $21,000.

Also in the Washington County Commissioners meeting on Monday, the commissioners approved a report to officers from the Washington County Adult Drug Court for January. The reported amount approved was $1,000.

To end the meeting, the commissioners acknowledged the receipt of a letter from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The letter regarded notifying the Oklahoma Forestry Services of county burn bans. Chairman Mitch Antle told the other commissioners he made a copy to send to Washington County Emergency Manager Kerry Cox who focus on Burn Ban resolutions in the county.
