Bartlesville Assisted Living, Memory Care Celebrated

Green Country Village is celebrating the 20th anniversary of assisted living and memory care this year. Residency Coordinator Casey Williams said Wednesday that they are excited and pleased to have this service last as long as it has for Bartlesville's senior citizens.
Now, 20 to 30 years later, Williams said she sees people coming into Green Country Village that brought their parents to the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. She said she feels like they have had a comfort in coming to Green Country Village knowing that their loved ones were taken care of when they stayed with the staff years ago. They will get the same service as those before them, Williams said.
Williams said they are starting a remodel of their assisted living and memory care facilities soon. She also said they are going to have a Lunch and Learn at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 22 and Friday, March 29 The Alzheimer's Association will talk about the signs of dementia and Alzheimer's and what you can do if your loved one experiences the symptoms.
