The Price Tower Arts Center will hold an Egg Drop Challenge Saturday morning. Anyone can participate in this year's Egg Drop Challenge. This is an opportunity for you to drop an egg from the 10th floor balcony of the Price Tower to compete in categories like “Biggest Splat” and “Best Design.”

You are to design and construct a container for an egg and the container should keep the egg from breaking upon impact with the ground. The container with the egg secured inside should come as close to the target on the ground as possible. You can use cushioning materials such as cotton balls, bubble wrap, balloons, tape glue, straws, paper, cardboard and more to construct the vessel.

A raw egg will be provided to each individual or team participant. Prizes will be given away during the Egg Drop Challenge. The event will start at 9:30 AM on Saturday, March 23 with the egg drops starting at 10:00 AM.

For more information and to pre-register, you can call the Price Tower at 918.336.4949. You can also find more rules and regulations on their website.
