Volunteer Recognition Banquet to be Held Tuesday

District Director Ken White for the Cherokee Area Council Boy Scouts of America says they will hold another banquet on Tuesday. He said the dinner will be there annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet which is aimed at recognizing those who have made a positive impact in Scouting. Awards and the highest council award - the Silver Beaver award - will be presented during the banquet. On top of that, there will be great fellowship on display.
White invites you to the Volunteer Recognition Banquet to recognize those who make the Cherokee Area Council Boy Scouts of America great. He extends the invitation to former volunteers that have been inactive to see what is going on with Scouting in the area. Pre-registration is not required.
The Volunteer Recognition Banquet will take place on Tuesday, March 26th at 6:30 at St. John’s Catholic Church. For more information and to let them know you will be in attendance, call 918.336.9170.
