The Washington County Commissioners approved, and officially executed, an agreement with Envision Civil Contractors, LLC for the construction of the Wolfe Creek Bridge Project in District Three.

A Notice to Proceed would then be presented by Brian Kellogg of Kellogg Engineering, Inc. to the Commissioners on Monday. He said the Commissioners awarded the bid to Envision Civil Contractors during a regular meeting two weeks ago.

Envision Civil Contractors would receive a 90-day delayed start. Kellogg said this would help the group with their bonding.

The Notice to Proceed would be approved by the Washington County Commissioners. Commissioner Mike Dunlap said he is confident with the project. He said they will not change the elevation of the Wolfe Creek Bridge, and the construction could very well improve water flow in the area.
