A personal injury collision occurred early Saturday morning just past 1am on County Road 5470 .5 West of County Road 5909, 3.9 miles south of Fairfax in Osage County. 

Ashley R. Wilson, 35, of Fairfax, was transported by Miller EMS to Stillwater Medical Center then transferred to Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City by Lifenet EMS and admitted in fair condition with a head injury.   

Wilson’s GMC 1500 was westbound on County Road 5470 and lost control, departed the roadway to the left striking a parked vehicle then continued on striking a tree where it came to rest. 

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
