Emergency Operations Plan Update Approved on Monday

An Emergency Operations Plan update was approved by the Washington County Board of Commissioners on Monday morning.
Washington County Emergency Management's Melissa Lindgren presented the item before the board. She said housekeeping items were changed in the plan such as name changes, typos, and an attachment that needed to be removed.
Lindgren said there has been changes in positions. She said the plan had to reflect that those positions had changed in terms of who was serving in each role.
On the second page of the presentation given on Monday morning, Lindgren said there were signatures of all the stakeholders that were involved in the update. She said that proved that the update to the Emergency Operations Plan was accurate and up-to-date.
An Emergency Management Performance Grant Fourth Quarter request for reimbursement was also approved by the Washington County Board of Commissioners. Lindgren said the quarterly report is sent in to the State of Oklahoma as a request for reimbursement for this quarter in order to fund Washington County Emergency Management. She said this shows the state that WCEM has done everything its asked them to do for the standard Operations Grant that they receive from the state.
Later in the meeting, the Washington County Commissioners approved the Washington County Treasurer's Transcript of Proceedings on Sale of County Property that was acquired at resale for approval of the Board of County Commissioners. The property is Lot 1 & North 5-feet Lot 2 Blk 4 of the Keeler's Addition.
Then the Commissioners approved a request for salary and benefits for the Washington County State Election Board Secretary for the month of October in the amount of $4,911.98.
A reconcilement report from the Washington County Health Department for the month of October would be approved. There were $535.27 in vouchers and an ending treasurer's balance of $0.
The Washington County Commissioners would approve another reconcilement report, but from the Washington County Treasurer from the Washington County Court Clerk for the month of October. The Treasurer's balance was $930,122.29.
Lastly, the Washington County Clerk's Cashbook and Summary Report for the month of October would be approved by the Washington County Commissioners. The Treasurer's balance was $75,452.
