Caney Valley Public Schools (CVS) is gearing up for its School Bond Election set for Tuesday, Feb. 9th.

If passed, CVS will be able to build a new cafeteria in Ochelata, remodel the existing cafeteria into STEM classrooms, and add a practice gym in Ramona along with classrooms and storm shelter rooms. In addition, lockers rooms will be updated and a visitor locker room will be created at the football field, and locker rooms will be added in the softball / baseball barn.

This bond issue will not increase taxes if approved by voters. It is possible that this bond issue could allow Caney Valley Schools to qualify for future matching grant funds.
